But we're here to talk about Tod Maffin.
As we look for the internet artifacts that reveal the man, the petty, self-important man and his brainiac thoughts and allusions to being a FUTURIST - or as Neil Gorman would say, a FUCKING FUTURIST - we find many examples of the ego-trip that is Tod Maffin.
In this clip, Tod is already barking in his snide arrogant manner at something or other ...
I especially enjoyed "to present them with a personalized view of the world.".
I think it's called looking at your iPod playlist.
Mind you, this quote is from 2005. Tod was way ahead of his time.
iPods were in full bloom that year, and so was the jargon surrounding it.
These words, as is often the case when Tod Maffin presents his vision of the world, appear to come from a mind that views tomorrow's society as visualized in the movie Brazil.
Very unpleasant and heartless.
Tod Maffin would fit right in.
